If a product offered by Amana Hypermarket itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

8. RETURN POLICY

We've very simple and fast return and replacement policy. Please call our customer care number within 24 hours from the delivered time. As soon as we'll arrange for return or replacement.

• A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 3 days if:
• Product not up to the mark as per quality.
• Found damaged at the delivery time.
• Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition
• Packaging condition not good.

But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used / original seal broken / tampered
• Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

09. REFUND POLICY

Amana Hypermarket tries its best to serve the users but if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 24 hours via phone/ text/ email. If the service, that Amana Hypermarket fails to complete, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 03 Days after our acknowledgement.

Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

• Unable to serve with any product.
• Customer returns any product from a paid order.
• Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.

Amana Hypermarket will transfer the refund amount to the user's original payment source Debit card /bkash/Mobile recharge within 03 days.

10. SUPPLY POLICY

Amana Hypermarket is responsible for manufacturing and packing some of its consumable and external use products, Amana Hypermarket also use suppliers product therefore, Amana Hypermarket tries to control the quality, but do not give quality assurance for any except Amana Hypermarket own brand products.

If any user, at the time of receiving the order delivery, finds any product injurious to health/ life/ security, we will take full liability and will accept return of that product. If the user faces any threat after 12 hours of the provided delivery, we will consider it as a lacking within the quality assurance from the manufacturers or suppliers.

All products displayed on the website are subject to change and are subject to availability.

11. MODIFICATIONS 

Amana Hypermarket reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on Amana Hypermarket.
